We're Tim & Carrie Vestrand and we welcome you to our little Chic Boutique. Residents of Berkley, MI we decided it was time to bring a little bit of fashion to this quaint Downtown. With Tim's background and mad skills in construction and Carrie's shoe and handbag addiction a shoe boutique seemed the perfect choice when deciding to open a business. We took a vacant building in Downtown Berkley that formerly housed an old dry cleaners; gathered our best and most talented friends and made our dream a reality in February 2007 when City Style opened it's doors. We are both native Detroiters and proud of what Michigan and Detroit have offered in music and automotive history and try to include this in the atmosphere of City Style with the urban sophiticated look of the boutique, the Made in Detroit apparel by Detroit's own Kid Rock, to the music you often hear playing on the stereo by several local artists such as the Howling Diablos, Thornetta Davis, Kid Rock, Mystery Train and many more. We quickly developed many excited and loyal customers who thank us often for bringing City Style to Berkley. We feel, we're a Mom and Pop shop that caters to our customers footwear needs and welcome feedback and often include our customers requests & suggestions into our daily business and new selections. It's truely a family and friends affair with City Style and we look forward to many more years of serving your shoe and accessory needs.
